Background
Purchased first personal investment property, a 10-unit apartment building, in 1992. Completely rehabilitated the property and continued to manage it, purchasing second building, a 6-unit mixed use retail/multi-family property in 1995. Acquired third property, a storefront and house, in 2000. Managed this property profitably and demolished it to develop a $2 million condominium project. Acted as general contractor for condominium project and continue to manage the condominium association. Responsible for acquisition, management and sale of all Ardmin Properties Management Group Inc. properties as well as addition of personnel and on-going expansion of Ardmin Properties Management Group Inc.
