Over 30 years’ experience in sales and marketing of capital equipment and related consumable products and services in the industrial packaging industry as well as in engineering consulting. Activities included increasingly responsible sales positions including Sales Engineer, Area Manager and Account Executive with major manufacturers, distributors and consulting firms, involving consultative involvement with a broad spectrum of customers and clients.

Purchased first personal investment property, a 6-flat building, in 1977. Developed Summit Center, a 10,000 square foot mixed tenant strip mall in 1988. Part owner of a 10-flat building since 1992. Owned and managed a 5,000 square foot retail property from 1995 –2002. Acquired a 6-unit mixed-use property in 1995. Involved in all on-going sales and marketing activities as well as continued expansion and development of Ardmin Properties Management Group Inc.
