Electric:
Electricity is provided by Commonwealth Edison with approximately 800-amp service to each building. Electrical service is separately metered for use within Tenants premises and is either paid directly to Commonwealth Edison or paid to Landlord in addition to monthly rent.
HVAC:
Buildings I and II are served by electric heating and air conditioning with VAV box control, forced air and perimeter baseboard distribution. Air conditioning units are roof mounted on buildings II, IV and V. The air conditioning unit for building I is located on the ground level. Buildings IV and V are served by central gas fired boilers providing forced air heat and roof mounted air conditioning. Heating and air conditioning usage is not separately metered.
