An additional 15 units are under construction as part of Phase II. The typical unit in the building contains a front showroom and rear restroom, storage, and office area. It has VCA tile flooring and a dropped tile ceiling. Units are heated and cooled by a central HVAC unit and have a fixed glass store front window and the combination of metal and glass doors. Each unit contains at least one 200 AMP electrical service. The buildings dominant feature is an arched covered walkway, which consists of a brick façade and is covered by a vaulted green metal roof. Two story towers anchor the ends with a selected few additional towers in the middle to provide architectural interest and break the long façade. |
